Not only that, the data in the work schedule can be considered by managers to provide additional tasks for employees. The work schedule also contains employee performance. So, the HRD team can monitor the effectiveness of employee work every day. The work schedule functions as time management calendar for employees. For this reason, it is important to make a work schedule because it can also provide these benefits. In addition, the work schedule is also documentation for employee attendance and absences. What are the Functions of a Work Schedule?Īs explained above, the work schedule functions to manage employee work effectiveness so work can be completed on time. Being the weekend everything is closed so I cannot call any of the parts people. Could this joint be a smidgen thicker than the wore out joint or do I have to somehow compress the steering part farther down the steer shaft to get the clearance I need. Why is it hitting and there is no way to measure the clearance. BUT now I am scratching my head with a new problem, with the coupler tightened to the input shaft and steering shaft the cast steel on the steering shaft hits the swivel and after four times on and off I have to scratch. Same thickness and appeared to be the same diameter so I gave it a go. Now what do I do (scratch my well I ground off all the bolts and studs holding the flexible rag and also ground all the bolts and studs off the factory coupler and used the rag joint on the original. OK here is what happened, when I put the new joint on and tightened the pinch bolt on the steering shaft the the opposite side from the bolt split (broke), the part on the input shaft was fine. Once out you might want to fresin up the shaft bearing and also the plastic bushing or shim? at the bottom of the tube and the firewall seal gasket. ![]() I would recommend removing the steer wheel and turn sig switch and the C clip around the shaft just above the bearing, much easier to work on it while still in the car also if any parts fall they will be kept inside the car. You are more than likely going to need the column out of the way. Besides the two bolts that hold the column to the dash there are two bolts that hold the swivel to the firewall and standing in front of the car you can see them just above the frame which can be removed with a loooooooong extension and 1/2" socket. ![]() But it might be possible, I had my entire dash out to redo all my wiring and re-wrap the wire. Tom as far as a PITA well when I get my new parts I will see if it is possible to install without removing the column but I doubt it, I do not think there is enough room between the sector shaft and steering shaft. I have to say that the part from Lares came today and it fits very nice and will allow the column to swing to the left, the one feature I like is the studs are long enough that if the joint failed you would still be able to steer the car to a safe stop, the current Tbird joint if it fails will cause loss of all steering. I have to redo some things, the joint that I show in the last post is not the one, seems TBird used a special joint just for the column and is available through Pat Wilsons Thunderbird for $19.00.[/ Item location: Cambridge, Minnesota, United States See other items from this sellerVisit store: Lares Corporation Member id larescorp ( Feedback Score Of 1637) The new joint was purchased from Lares Corp which is just about 25 miles from me. I would certainly look at the rag joint to make sure it is not swelled from the above factors, it might be unnerving if the joint failed as you would have just the rivets for some really loose steering. This whole thing took a lot of factors to come into play at the same time. The only purpose as I can see for the joint is to reduce vibration in the steering wheel although the power steering should absorb most of this. The only way I can see to use a universal joint is the steering box shaft would have to be cut as well as the the steering shaft. I also believe that having the column dropped caused the two rivets to move just enough to come un-cogged from the steering box joint half. Here is what a rag joint should look like, and after looking at this failed joint there are a few factors that could cause this to fail, Age is certainly at the top of the list next would be oil and brake fluid contamination also heat would play in here and the not so obvious is the swing away column which puts a huge strain on the joint. ![]() ![]() ![]() On July 1st, 2019, Delphine launched BelleDelphineStore, an online store selling Belle Delphine-themed merchandise, including mousepads, posters and "GamerGirl Bath Water" (shown below). Would it be possible to take a P20 or whatever Refurbished and put it on the back of a Bronica? If so what would it need in the way of cabling to actually work? Or any other make of back for that matter. This is where it gets confusing again, I’ve heard of duel cable releases and wake up cables, cables that attach to the flash synch socket and so on. With a digital back these pins and gears will be useless because everything is electronic so some sort of cable must be used. On the Bronica it is all done with pins and wind on gears going into the film back so the film back knew what was happening. Then comes the question of how the back knows you actually want to take a photo, in the film days it was remove dark slide shoot wind on next frame ready to be exposed, shoot wind on and so on. So I take it the back would have to be a V fitting type back to fit? But wouldn’t this affect the focusing? If the back thinks it’s going on the back of a Hasselblad then the plane of focus would be for a Hasselblad, if you introduce an adapter plate into the equation wouldn’t that shift the plane of focus out because of the thickness of the plate? So what you’re focusing on in the viewfinder will be slightly different at the actual sensor location? Does this make sense? What it seems to do is act as a Hasselblad type attachment, would this be the V fitting?
